Microsoft Bing SERP was evolving from a traditional results page into a more AI-assisted search and learning experience. The goal was to simplify dense search results and test how Copilot summaries, source cards, follow-up prompts, and organic results could work together in a clearer, more trustworthy layout. The work focused on improving hierarchy, reducing visual noise, clarifying source attribution, and supporting deeper exploration without overwhelming users. Through A/B testing and UX refinement, the revamp created a cleaner SERP framework that helped users understand answers faster while maintaining trust in the broader search experience.
