Reala is an AI-powered speed-to-lead platform designed for real estate agents and teams who need to respond to high-intent inquiries faster, manage fragmented client communication, and automate follow-up without losing human control. The platform combines a CRM-style dashboard, AI assistant, lead qualification workflows, Twilio-powered messaging, and integration points with existing real estate CRMs to help agents capture, prioritize, respond to, and nurture leads from one command center. The design focuses on making AI recommendations transparent, editable, and actionable, giving agents clear visibility into why a lead is prioritized, what response is suggested, and when automation should continue, pause, or escalate to a human.
